ORANGEPICKEL2 BOARD COMPUTER BUILD.wmv

ORANGEPICKEL2 BOARD COMPUTER BUILD.wmv Video Clips. Duration : 7.45 Mins.

board computer 1x12x30 board that I mounted an old Soyo mottherboard, original power supply and orignal hard drive on using standoffs for mother board screwed into holes I drilled in the board; power supply is mounted with 2 screws. Made the hard drive mounts from 2 pices of sheet metal that I cut from a large piece drilled to match the holes in the HD. Has 256mg of meory and runs XP home. Hard drive a WD40gig IDE was made in 2004 and has 47 day of runtime Per Acronis Drive Monitor (freeware) and is still 100% . The old woman of the house is using a HP computer with a 500 gig hard drive running 24/7 to run the majicjack phone as her personal cordless network in the house. and play spider solitar on the only thing she uses a 0.00 computer her dearly departed husband left her. doesn't want to learn to do anything else with the computer. I use AT&Tfor my phone and internet service. The 24 hr runtime makes it hard for me to maintain the computer for her; the entire hard drive is backed up to my Windows Home Server. This was cheaper than buying the new majicjack that you plug into the wall, I didn't want to waste a case which takes more room. I planed on cloning the OS to a 8 gig flash drive but was unable to shrink the OS partition below 6 gigs. using it fto run the system but didnt have enough room for 2 partitions.
